-all golf shots must be aimed at the screen

-NO swinging clubs outside hitting bays

-one person in hitting area at ALL times

-take practice swings in hitting area ONLY

-no food or drink inside hitting bays

-be alert of where you stand or walk

How long does it take to play?

9 holes

2 players: 1 hour

4 players: 2 hours

18 holes

2 players: 2 hours

4 players: 4 hours

Please note this is an average and these variables may affect playing time:

Handicap, Course Conditions, Putting Parameters, Range Time, and Eating/Drinking.

* If you are unfamiliar with simulator technology or want to use the driving range before your round, we suggest booking extra time.

* Arrive at least 15min before your tee time to get checked-in.

How do the rates per bay work?

Rates are per bay per hour. May have 1 to 6 players per bay at a time.

See below for example rates:

WEEKEND RATES (ex.)

1 player - 1/2 hour (9 holes) = $22

1 player - 1 hour (18 holes) = $35

2 players - 1 hour (9 holes each) = $35 ($17.50 each player)

2 players - 2 hours (18 holes each) = $70 ($35 each player)

3 players - 3 hours (18 holes each) = $105 ($35 each player)

4 players - 4 hours (18 holes each) = $140 ($35 each player)

*may have 1 to 6 players per bay at a time

What are the cancellation, refund, and booking policies?

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

After booking your reservation you can cancel at anytime. If the cancelation happens more than 24 hours before your scheduled session you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation you will receive no refund.

BOOKING POLICY

Payment must be processed in order to reserve a simulator bay at The Bays GC. Simulator reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
